After spending 22 years in the US Air Force, Lee Ellison retired as a Master Sergeant and established the first Body Dynamics Gym in Niceville, Florida.
While in the service, Lee succesfully competed in many bodybuilding events and he was placed in charge of sports and fitness programs for his squadron. Lee's vision was to establish the area's first high-tech club
that provided personalized training and attention for its members.
Body Dynamics Gym's recipe for growth continues to be giving sincere personalized attention to each of its members and continuing to invest in its people, programs, equipment, and facilities.
